Janet is considered by her team members to be the “conduit” of the O’Hare organization. Not only does she run the day to day operations of the overall business, but, once the customer signs the initial contract she, along with Records Manager Sherri Brom, is responsible for making sure the customer’s needs are met and that the relationship gets built and remains solid.

As well as Sherri’s years of focused success in the record retention industry, she also has significant experience in the moving and storage business. This background has served her and our clients well in managing projects where record retention was only one part of a customer’s storage need.
